The Internal Revenue Service has published final forms and instructions to help employers prepare for reporting on health coverage they offered in 2017. The forms must be distributed to employees and filed with the IRS early in 2018 by employers subject to the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA’s) reporting requirements. The size and structure of your workforce determines what applies to you. An employer’s size is determined by the number of its full-time employees, including full-time equivalents.
